Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

For Delivery/Postage items
Our refund policy lasts 14 days. However you must notify us within 7 days  from date of delivered and must return the items within next 7 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

*Note: For all heavyduty products, 25% administration and handling charge of total invoice value will be deducted.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

For Local pick up
We do not have refund policy if you have picked items from our store. We have display items in the store and We suggest you to make your decision before purchase. You can return or exchange with same or different items however no refunds will be provided. Returned items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please check and count your all items after purchase. We are strictly no responsible if any parts are missing or damaged after pickup. 

*Note: For all heavyduty products, 25% administration and handling charge of total invoice will be deducted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

MISSING AND DAMAGAED PARTS CLAIM

If you bought the products directly from us, please complete the form. If you purchased this product from other store, please contact the store directly. 
We always try our best to supply all of our products in good condition, However, some unforseeable occasions may occur during packaging and shipping. If this has happened to you then may we pass on our sincere apologies and assure you that we do understand your frustrations, and will do our best to rectify the situation as soon as possible. 
Firstly, we request that you check all parts before submitting your claim. Please make sure your claim request is genuine and legit. Any false and misleading claims will be considered as fraud act and may lead to possible compensation. 
Secondly, Each box is labelled with Item number and alphabet stamp on the side. Please Enter these informations correctly so that it can be trackable by inspection camera during packaging. 
Note: Missing and damaged parts must be claimed within 7 days from date of purchase or delivered.
